’cause I don’t think I’ve ever seen the full moon so close to me before. It has accompanied me home (back to Ruth and Jed’s) the last two nights, a warm golden tinge to the orb when it set low in the sky last night, just over my left shoulder as I headed down 95 from Burlington, and high, bright-squint-white tonight (as I was returning considerably later!), heart-warming companion on the night dark highway.
